Administrative Assistant
Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka

Responsibilities:

• Sales tracking and preparation of sales reports
• To support the administration of the sales team that includes, but not limited to booking of air tickets/meeting rooms, submission of car allowance formsetc
• To gather and store information related to pricing
• General office duties that include but not limited to answering phone calls, coordinating telecons, receiving visitors etc

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Required skill(s): Admin experience.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese.
• At least 2 year(s) of admin experience is required for this position.
• Contract positions available.
