We are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam:

Business Operation Executive
Kota Bharu (Kelantan) - Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa 11

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievance and whatsoever).
• Plan and implement layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance and image.
• Manage selling mechanic hours and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary (advertising, recruitment, training, fire services, police, local council, health and safety inspectors and etc.).
• Manage, maintain and report as necessary all spare part stock.
• Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment, tools, fixtures and of branch premises and workshop.
• Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems, capabilities and staff and customer awareness in accordance to company policy and relevant law.
• Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to relevant departments in the Company.
• Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, truck sales, bus sales, marine engine sales, industrial engine sales & power generation engine sales.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Automotive/Heavy vehicle technician/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Heavy Vehicle licence preferred,General Computer skills,Ability to manage own working time to meet deadlines and take own initiative
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa Kota Bahru Kelantan.
