SYARAT-SYARAT KELAYAKAN JAWATAN PEMBANTU PENGAWAS
PEPERIKSAAN

1. Calon yang berkelayakan adalah diperlukan untuk mengisi jawatan di atas mengikut syarat-syarat
  perlantikan seperti berikut :
 (a). Warganegara Malaysia (Bumiputera).
(b). Pemohon mestilah berumur 17 tahun ke atas tetapi tidak melebihi 30 tahun pada tarikh permohonan
dibuat. Pemohon yang belum mencapai umur 18 tahun hendaklah mendapat kebenaran
ibu/bapa/penjaga.
(c). Sihat tubuh badan.
(d). Kelayakan minimum sekurang-kurangnya tamat Tingkatan 5 atau mempunyai SPM atau setaraf
dengannya.
(e). Pelajar UMK / Bekas Pelajar UMK / Staf Akademik & Pentadbiran UMK tidak dibenarkan memohon.
(f). Calon-calon hendaklah komited dengan bidang tugas.
(g). Pihak UMK boleh menamatkan tempoh perkhidmatan Pembantu Pengawas pada bila-bila masa,
jika didapati melanggar etika dan peraturan yang ditetapkan.
2. Kadar upah – RM 54.00 sehari (melaksanakan tugas selama sembilan (9) jam sehari termasuk waktu
    rehat dengan ditetapkan waktu masuk dan waktu balik oleh Ketua Jabatan)
3. Upah tidak layak dibayar bagi cuti mingguan, cuti kelepasan am dan hari yang tidak hadir bertugas.
4. Borang yang tidak lengkap tidak akan diproses.
5. Hanya pemohon yang disenarai pendek akan dihubungi.
6. Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon-calon yang tinggal berdekatan dengan Kampus Universiti
  Malaysia Kelantan, Taman Bendahara, Pengkalan Chepa dan mempunyai kenderaan sendiri.
7. Pemohon yang tidak menerima sebarang maklum balas selepas 07 Jun 2012 adalah dianggap tidak
  berjaya.

SYARAT LANTIKAN
Calon bagi lantikan hendaklah memiliki kelayakan seperti berikut:-
a) Warganegara malaysia
b) Berumur tidak kurang daripada 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan
c) i) Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf
dengannya oleh kerajaan;
(Gaji permulaan ialah pada Gred N27 : P1); atau
ii) Diploma dalam bidang Pentadbiran Awam yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada institusi
– institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
iii)Diploma dalam bidang Pengurusan Harta Benda yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan daripada
institusi kerajaan tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
Dan d) Kepujian Bahasa Malaysia /Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus Ujian Lisan) pada
   peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktraf setaraf dengannya
  oleh kerajaan.
3. SYARAT KENAIKAN PANGKAT SECARA LANTIKAN
  Pegawai yang sedang berkhidmat dalam perkhidmatan Pembantu Tadbir (Perkeranian
 /Operasi), Pembantu Tadbir (Kesetiausahaan), Pembantu Tadbir (Kewangan), Pengurus Stesen,
Pemeriksa Cap Jari dan Penyelia Jurupakaian adalah layak dipertimbang oleh Pihak Berkuasa
Melantik berkenaan untuk kenaikan pangkat secara lantikan ke jawatan Penolong Pegawai
Tadbir Gred N27, tertakluk kepada kekosongan jawatan, apabila telah disahkan dalam
perkhidmatan dan :
(a) i) mempunyai kelayakan di perenggan 1(c) di atas;atau
ii) Lulus Peperiksaan Khas
(b) berumur kurang dari 54 tahun pada tarikh lantikan

d) Lulus Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (termasuk lulus ujian Lisan) pada peringkat Sijil
Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh kerajaan.
SYARAT KENAIKAN PANGKAT SECARA LANTIKAN
Pegawai yang sedang berkhidmat dalam perkhidmatan Pembantu Akauntan, Pembantu Tadbir
(Kewangan) adalah layak dipertimbang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Melantik berkenaan untuk
kenaikan pangkat secara lantikan ke jawatan Penolong Akauntan Gred W27, tertakluk kepada
kekosongan jawatan, apabila telah disahkan dalam perkhidmatan dan :
(a) i) mempunyai kelayakan di perenggan 1(c) di atas;atau
ii) Lulus Peperiksaan Khas
(b) berumur kurang dari 54 tahun pada tarikh lantikan

D.
CARA MEMOHON
(a) Permohonan hendaklah menggunakan Borang Permohonan Jawatan Di dalam Perkhidmatan
Majlis Daerah Ketereh Perbandaran Islam yang boleh diperolehi dengan bayaran RM2.00 di
Pejabat Majlis Daerah Ketereh Perbandaran Islam Bahagian Pentadbiran , 16450 Kota
Bharu, Kelantan. Borang juga boleh didapati dengan menghantar sampul surat 20cm x 23cm
bersetem, wang pos RM2.00 dan beralamat sendiri. Sila nyatakan nama jawatan yang
dipohon di kiri sebelah atas sampul berkenaan semasa mengembalikan borong
permohonan.
(b) Semua permohonan hendaklah disertakan dengan salinan Sijil yang diakui sah oleh
pegawai Kumpulan Pengurusan /Profesional serta sekeping gambar terbaru
berukuran pasport dan dokumen- dokumen lain sebagai sokongan.
(c) Permohonan daripada pegawai yang sedang berkhidmat dengan Kerajaan hendaklah
mengikut Peraturan 17. Peraturan-Peraturan Pegawai Awam (Perlantikan, Kenaikan Pangkat
dan Penamatan Perkhidmatan 2005).
(d) Permohonan yang telah lengkap hendaklah dihantar ke alamat berikut :-
